"Runes. There. We 'ust go see." as Krik'kik points to the obelisks near the mouth structure.

Suddenly and unexpectedly, the face topples over, killing you all.

(Hey, at least the face DID something... Anyway, that didn't necessarily happen, but it's feeling like pulling teeth to make you guys actually DO something. I have presented enough information to you all to take action. You are not taking any sort of action.)

Rhogar walks up in front of them, he motions his friends over. But not Hargan, in case this plan fails. He holds his hands to himself and then to his other companions and tries to send the message that they are peaceful.

(I'm all for attacking but I was sort of waiting on the party "leaders" to decide. Runes can wait imo.)

((About that ritual. You need to take the feat "Practiced Study" to be able to use it. It appears you don't have it. I will let you use it this once since I meant to mention it to you before but failed to. However, in the future if you want to use it you will have to take that feat.))
The Hejkin seem to ponder what the dray is doing. They look at each other, and then back at the dray. One finally bears it's teeth as though it is smiling and moves its hand in an ushering motion. It speaks.
"Come"

Seeing this, Hargan begins stalking the group, attempting to follow them stealthily.
(Since I'm in Shade Form, and obviously sustaining as a minor, I can use allies for cover to remain hidden, so if necessary, I'll hide amongst my allies as well. When at all possible, I use all other methods of stealth, including walls, crevices, rocks, etc. If necessary, I'll even hide on the ceiling. Whatever is necessary. Lemme know if I need to make any acrobatics or athletics checks.)

(History to see if I know anything about Runes in general, or these entities. I'll make two if they are seperate.) History #1
1d20 (17) + 9 = 26
History #2
1d20 (10) + 9 = 19

Krik'kik follows the creatures at a distant but without losing sight of them nor implying fear.

For Rhogar: The Runes seems have a resemblance to the Davek script (dwarven).
For Krik'kik: The unarmed creatures seem pleased to see such a beast approaching without hostility. (Just how far does he move?)

(Assuming people come with me, I'll follow them as far as they'll go or until it starts to look suspicious.)

Krik'kik feels like everything is fine, and notices that Rikus is right behind him. Rhogar is second guessing himself as to whether or not the hejkins intentions are good.

Rhogar looks towards his Thri-kreen companion and whispers to him
"I'm not sure if I trust them and I'm not quite sure about those runes. Also, our only real back-up is Hargan which is fine, but he is easily incapacitated...I'm all for attacking if you are."
